A parent or legal guardian completes and signs this agreement on behalf of any student under 18.

What GRF provides

Each student authors their own research note of 1,500 to 2,000 words on their chosen angle within the research question, published under their own name. All eight notes are compiled into the founding cohort report, in which each student is credited by name as a contributor. The cohort workspace is an asynchronous working environment and does not constitute continuous or on-demand tutoring.

GRF does not award university credit and does not guarantee publication elsewhere, admissions results, scholarships, or any other particular outcome.

What the student commits to

Publication and credit

Each student writes their own research note, published under their name. All eight notes are then compiled into one cohort report, in which each student is credited as a contributor. Because the student is under 18, GRF needs a parent's consent to publish their name alongside their work.

This choice can be changed in writing at any point before publication. GRF will not use the student's name, likeness or work in advertising or promotional material without separate written consent.

Section 4

Payment and cancellation

Tuition is $499 USD, payable by July 31, 2026 through Stripe. A place is confirmed once this agreement and payment are both complete.

Before the programme begins. Cancellation may be requested before the programme commences. If approved, GRF may deduct an administrative amount of up to 10% of the fee, plus any payment-processing costs that cannot be recovered.

Once the programme begins. Fees are non-refundable. The programme is treated as commenced on the earlier of the first cohort meeting or onboarding call, or the date GRF begins substantial preparation for the cohort.

If GRF cancels. If GRF cancels the programme without offering a reasonably comparable alternative, the portion of the fee covering services not provided is refunded or credited.

This is a summary. The GRF Terms of Service govern in full and take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
